  The GATHERING OF NATIONS POW WOW and MISS INDIAN WORLD COMPETITION is scheduled to take place in Albuquerque, New Mexico, April 27 & 18, 2012; at the University of New Mexico Arena "The Pit". The Indian Traders Market is April 27 & 29, 2012.

  This is your application as well as information for vending. It is important that you complete and return this application with full payment as soon as possible.

  Applications are first reviewed and must meet and agree to all conditions. Space is given on a first come / first serve basis only. BOOTH FEE: $575.00* + RAFFLE ITEM ($50.00 value or more) for the Miss Indian World Raffle. NO PERSONAL CHECKS! *($25 fee additional for booth fee for credit card processing and 3rd party administrative fees).   Raffle item will be picked up at your booth on Friday morning before 11:00 a.m., by a Miss Indian World Representative.

  The GATHERING OF NATIONS will accept original applications from Native artists, crafters, Indian Traders, Institutions, and those who demonstrate only positive images for and about Native people. Only Authentic Indian Arts and Crafts are permitted to be sold. The GATHERING OF NATIONS prides itself upon attempting to maintain the highest quality of vendors to be included in the INDIAN TRADERS MARKET. Novelties, toys, dash covers, pagers etc. are NOT ALLOWED to be sold.

  Due to contracts with existing apparel vendors, the GATHERING OF NATIONS maintains a strict policy that the sale of T-shirts and sweatshirts printed and/or embroidered jackets, bags, caps etc of any kind CANNOT BE SOLD! In addition, the sale of any item with the GATHERING OF NATIONS, NORTH AMERICA’S BIGGEST POW WOW; or any other insinuation to the GATHERING OF NATIONS POW WOW is absolutely prohibited. ONLY official authorized concessionaries will sell GATHERING OF NATION’S logo items. All items are subject to review, and if deemed inappropriate, offensive, or otherwise questionable, a Marketing Manager will ask for the item(s) to be removed.

  VENDORS SELLING MUSIC OR ANY AUDIO VISUAL MATERIALS MUST USE HEAD PHONES ONLY FOR DEMONSTRATION. BOOTH PERFORMANCES AND ARE NOT ALLOWED.

  Applications are accepted on first come/ first serve basis. Prompt submission of this application with full payment is the best way to reserve booth space. The booth fee for applicants is $575.00 + $50 value RAFFLE ITEM. An additional $25 handling fee applies for payments with credit cards to cover bank fees and 3rd party administrative costs.
